How it works

Set up once. Then one short routine.

There is nothing to install and nothing to migrate. After setup, opening LUV takes a text message and a sign-in.

How often can I open LUV?

On one nominated day each week, within a 12-hour window. Each session runs for up to 120 minutes, and you can reconnect within the window if you need longer.

What if I need access on another day?

LUV is designed for records you need occasionally. If you need to reach your files on any day, Vault gives 24/7 on-demand access.

How do I connect?

Text the enable command from your registered mobile, answer your security question, then open your vault link and sign in to File Manager.

Is 300GB enough?

It holds about 75,000 photos or 600,000 documents. If you need more, Vault starts at 2TB.

What if I forget to disconnect?

Sessions run for up to 120 minutes. When the session ends, LUV disconnects itself.

What if something happens to me?

The Vault Buddy you nominated can be given access once the event is evidenced and their identity is verified, for a supervised window.
